An extruded-sleeve flexible tube is touted as the first 100%-biodegradable product of its kind. The tube’s materials contain substantial levels of potato and corn starches, which enhance the product’s sustainability by reducing fossil fuel usage and carbon emissions. A high-intensity spot-curing system is designed to replace UV spot-curing systems. The BlueWave LED uses visible light energy in a narrow wavelength band centered at 410 nm.
