Single-Use Package

A new single-dose tube offers high-barrier properties for sensitive contents. The new metallic Polyfoil tube guarantees a longer shelf life compared with conventional plastic tubes. Its tamper-evident closures feature an internal twist-off pin that opens easily with no visible rupture points. The tubes are offered in a seven-day pack. Applications include dental and bleaching treatments, first aid creams and gels, and hair and scalp treatments designed for direct application onto the scalp. Ready-to-Fill Syringes

A manufacturing process for syringes produces completely assembled, siliconized, and sterilized syringes ready for filling. The RTF-system syringes can feature customized ceramic printing with heavy-metal-free inks. Optional treatment with ammonium sulfate gives greater surface resistance. An olefin polymer offers lightweight, breakage-resistant packaging created for protein-based, peptide-based, floating-particle, and high-viscosity drugs, as well as contrast media.
