Functional Foils

Foils protect drugs and help prevent counterfeiting.

Foil Laminations

Heat-seal-coated foil laminations offer medical device manufacturers a solution for devices requiring puncture-resistant barrier packaging and visual assurance of seal integrity. The foil laminations are coated with adhesives formulated to peel smoothly yet be resistant to high-altitude creep, low-temperature flex, and stress creep caused by impact and vibration during shipping and handling. Foil laminations offer puncture resistance and light, oxygen, and moisture barrier properties for sensitive products. They are available as peelable or tear-open pouches, die-cut lidding, and printed rollstock. The foils are sealable to a variety of foils and high-barrier films, PETG, PVC, PP, HDPE, and other rigid tray materials, and are compatible with radiation and steam sterilization processes.
