Distributors and OEMs can access various marketing tools including technical and marketing bulletins, as well as documents and drawings. Customers can also use the site to sign up for classes and other worldwide offerings from the company's global service centers.

CHPA has introduced its electronic link finder (ELF) on its Web site, at www.chpa-info.org. ELF is a new, easy-to-navigate portal provided free to CHPA members only. It can locate more than 250 federal regulatory documents on matters affecting the over-the-counter drug and dietary supplement industry. Browsers can read full text directly from government sources as well as find guidance documents, advisory materials, and compliance bulletins from FDA, DEA, FTC, and more.
