Kevin J. Dunne is chairman of the law firm of Sedgwick Detert Moran and Arnold LLP (San Francisco), where he represents corporations in class actions, price fixing, antitrust, unfair trade practices, product liability, and other complex matters. An active trial attorney, Dunne is a fellow in the American College of Trial Lawyers and is a fellow of the International Academy of Trial Lawyers.

Dunne is a frequent national lecturer at programs sponsored by various professional organizations. He is a past president of the International Association of Defense Counsel, the Association of Defense Counsel of Northern California, and Lawyers for Civil Justice. He has been an adjunct professor of law at the University of San Francisco and a faculty member of the College of Advocacy, Hastings Center for Trial and Appellate Advocacy.

Dunne holds a BA from the University of Connecticut and earned his JD from Georgetown University Law Center.
