Norman Noble announces major expansion in orthopedic implant manufacturing operation

With the largest laser micromachining facility in the world, Norman Noble, Inc. is the only micro machining company with a fully dedicated Laser Research and Development department in house. The Laser R&D Department located in Norman Noble's manufacturing facility has one of the world's largest libraries of technical reference materials related to laser machining.

Depending on the application, our extensive Citizen Swiss machining department can handle jobs that require milling, drilling, turning and tapping performed simultaneously for high volume runs. Specialized capabilities include Deco Swiss Turning Machine and Escomatic™ coil-fed Swiss Machine for large production runs of small-diameter parts that demand tight tolerances in the medical device industry.

Norman Noble's knowledge in all types of EDM machining have become the field standard for exceptional quality and expedient turnaround. Medical tubes, medical washers and microminiature medical devices are just a few applications where EDM machining is a perfect fit for medical device manufacturing.

Added value to CNC machining processes include waterjet cutting, laser welding, laser marking, clean room assembly, packaging and secure storage. Microminature machined parts can be mass finished on site providing full service contract manufacturing at one location.
